As Senior HR Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in driving HR strategy and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple countries. You will be part of an inspiring and well-established organization with strong values and great career opportunities.
With direct reference to the General Manager, Cimbria North, you will take on a key position ensuring HR alignment with business objectives and supporting leaders across the EMEA region.

You will have a central role in ensuring HR excellence across Cimbria’s EMEA operations, including:

  • Defining and implementing strategic HR goals that align with business objectives.
    Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Driving employee development programs that support career progression and learning initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, regional, and global employment laws.
  • Managing compensation and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Leading change management efforts and driving organizational transformation.
  • Building a culture of inclusion and fostering collaboration across regions.

To succeed in this role as Senior HR Manager EMEA, you bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to drive impactful HR initiatives across multiple countries. You have a proven track record of HR leadership in an international environment, ideally within the industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural sectors, where you have successfully navigated complex organizational structures and regulatory landscapes. Your structured and pragmatic approach enables you to balance long-term strategic HR planning with hands-on operational execution, ensuring that HR initiatives effectively support both business objectives and employee engagement. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role, as you will work closely with stakeholders across countries and functions, fostering alignment and building trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.

Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is essential for success in this international role.
