Sales – Retail & Hospitality – Nationwide

As Strategic Account Manager you will report to the General Manager and are an important part of the sales team with responsibility for the identification and qualification of opportunities, leading to the sale of our products and services to existing and new strategic accounts. You respond to and follow up sales enquiries, generate compelling insights that result in quoting for and winning customer orders and establish best-practice customer satisfaction throughout the process.

You are responsible for planning and managing your own activities within Spacepole’s strategic account program in a dynamic environment to maximise revenue from existing and target accounts and to maintain an effective relationship with relevant partners and resellers.  You will attend and participate in trade shows and customer events, and you make sure to have an appropriate level of knowledge regarding products and services at the appropriate level for your role’s external stakeholders and internal, execution processes.

You have a proven sales track record in B2B sales and experience from the retail industry with sales of retail systems, shopfitting, hospitality or a related sector. It is an advantage if you have a relevant business degree as well. You have solid IT-skills and experience with CRM systems.

You are an ambitious and proactive team player, who is known for your drive, curiosity and enthusiasm. You are pro-active, self-motivated and able to drive customer change, business case development and consensus learning and to interpret customer requirements and propose solutions. You are structured, persistent and you have a strong work ethic and excellent planning and communications skills, which make you able to create valuable and long-lasting customer relationships.   

You are willing to work from the office in Norcross, Atlanta.
