Sales – Retail & Hospitality – Nationwide

As Strategic Account Manager you will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and be an important part of the sales team with responsibility for the sale to existing and new major accounts. You respond to and follow up sales enquiries, generate quotations that result in customer orders and throughout the process, you secure a high level of customer satisfaction. You are responsible for planning and managing your own activities in a dynamic environment to maximise revenue from existing and target accounts and to maintain an effective relationship with relevant partners and resellers.  You will attend and participate in trade shows and customer events, and you make sure to have an appropriate level of knowledge regarding products and services.

You have a proven sales track record in B2B sales and experience from the retail industry with sales of retail systems, shopfitting, hospitality or a related sector. It is an advantage if you have a relevant business degree as well. You have solid IT-skills and experience with CRM-systems.

You are an ambitious and proactive team player, who are known for your drive and your enthusiasm. You are initiative, self-motivated and able to drive customer identification, retention and satisfaction and to interpret customer requirements and propose solutions. You are structured, persistent and you have a strong work ethic and excellent planning and communications skills, which make you able to create good and long-lasting customer relationships.   

You are willing to work from the office in Norcross, Atlanta.
