Inside Sales Representative

Supporting – Sales – Leads - CRM - Forecasts

As the new Inside Sales Representative, you will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for the support of the entire sales organization. You are expected to handle all incoming calls driven by the web optimization, lead generation efforts and overall marketing initiatives. You document all activity in the CRM system and execute on a marketing communications and activity plan. Your key tasks will include receiving and answering all in bound calls and facilitate engagement and disbursement as needed from customers. Furthermore, you identify new potential customers, establish business relationships and train these customers in our products. You prepare detail and accurate forecasts for all sales activities. We expect that you continuously seek improvement and development opportunities in your function.

The ideal candidate has an educational background within marketing or related field. You have knowledge of and/or experience with inside sales and proven experience of lead generation and campaign management. You are extremely IT literate and are able to use MS Office, CRM, Adobe and other related tools. Furthermore, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.

As a person you are positive, ambitious and take ownership for your responsibilities. We expect you to have a strong attention to details, you are required to show initiative and work independently. You are able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The position is located in the northern part of Atlanta but travel in North America and occasional travel to Europe must be expected.
