Solution Selling – Business Development – Life Science
Can you grow Flow Robotics’ market position and sales revenue in the UK?
Flow Robotics are on an exciting growth journey internationally and looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing the business in the UK in collaboration with local distributors.
You will be a key player in a successful and ambitious scaleup company within the Life Science industry. You will be a member of a team of committed professionals who are proud of the company and its unique product offerings.
Are you motivated by business development and sales lead generation?
Then, here is your chance to be responsible of all stages in the sales process, incl. prospecting, preparation, approach presentation and closing of highly technical products in a growth market. You are results-driven and motivated by being measured and rewarded by your performance.
You will lead the sales process in a close collaboration with local distributors, CCO Morten Sunesen and other members of the commercial team in Copenhagen.
Do you have the experience it takes to be successful in the job?
To succeed in this position, you are expected to have relevant experience from technical sales to end-users in the Life Science industry. You have solid experiences across different sales methodologies, including canvas, strategic, relationship, solutions and insights selling.
The right candidate also has experience in building professional networks of relevant stakeholders, who can support the company’s expansion in the UK.
You are experienced in working with distributors and supporting the relationship between the company, the distributors and the end-users.
Do you have the personality it takes to be successful in the job?
As a person, you are ambitious, self-motivated, committed and you understand the importance of repeat sales. You have strong analytical skills ensuring that all sales activities are relevant and targeted to the end-users and that technical details and specification are communicated precisely.
By nature, you are passionate about the products and the company that you are working with. Your enthusiasm is a strong part of your professional relationships also among customers with whom you will be recognized for your drive to make them succeed.
You are probably living in the greater London area, but your location is less important than your experiences, qualifications and personality. You will be working from a home office but is expected to work online or visit customers every day.
