For the sales office in Recklinghausen, Germany we are now searching for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative.

Lead generation – Sales – International company

As Inside Sales Representative, you will report to the Channel and Partner Manager and be part of the sales office in Recklinghausen focusing on the sales districts in DACH, Benelux and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for the support of the sales organisation, where you are expected to handle all incoming calls driven by the web optimization, lead generation efforts and overall marketing initiatives. Your key tasks will include researching, identifying, contacting and establishing potential Channel Partners e.g. payment service providers (PSP) or independent software vendors (ISV). You receive and answer all inbound calls and facilitate engagement and disbursement as needed from customers. You prepare detail and accurate forecasts for all sales activities. We expect that you continuously seek improvement and development opportunities in your function.

It is an advantage if you have experience with inside sales and experience of lead generation. It is furthermore an advantage if you have a bachelor or master’s degree, but that is not a requirement. You are IT literate and are able to use MS Office, CRM and other related tools. Furthermore, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. You are fluent in German and English and preferably an Eastern-Europe language as well.

As a person you are positive, ambitious and take ownership for your responsibilities. You have a great drive, a commercial mindset, and you are motivated by making a difference. We expect you to have a strong attention to details, you are required to show initiative and work independently. You are able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The position is located in Recklinghausen, and we expect you to live in reasonable commuting distance from here.
