For the German Sales Office we are now searching for a Channel and Partner Manager.

Retail technology – Sales – International company

As Channel and Partner Manager at Ergonomic Solutions, you will report to the Sales Director Central Region, and you will be responsible for the sale of company products and services to existing and new customers. Your primary day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and developing reseller partnerships, responding and following up on sales enquiries as well as generating quotations and proposals that result in customer orders. You agree targets, development plans and marketing plans with distributors, and you generate accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports. Furthermore, you plan and manage your own activities with the responsibility of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.

We expect you have a proven record of accomplishment within B2B sales and managing a network of Distributors. You are responsible for keeping up-to-date with technology, related to the solutions Ergonomic Solutions sell. Experience with technology companies and channel sales is essential as well as experience from retail systems, shopfitting or a related sector. You have good IT skills and are familiar with MS Office and CRM-systems. You master German and English both orally and written. 

You will get a central role in delivering the business in Germany, and you are therefore a qualified sales professional with excellent negotiation and planning skills, who is driven and well organised. You will take responsibility and ownership of the tasks in a business development scenario, and you are able to interpret customer requirements and propose solutions. You have a hands-on approach to solving problems, work well under pressure and have a strong desire to succeed. You are independent, self-motivated and able to plan and manage you own activities. Furthermore, you show initiative and is an enthusiastic team player with a great drive.

The German Sales Office is in Recklinghausen, and we expect you to live the Ruhr area.
