International manufacturing – strategy – management
As a key member of the Executive Management team, you will report to the CEO/Managing Director and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all finance-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, IT, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations.
You will deliver through managing the finance and IT teams in England, Denmark and the US. Currently the headcount is 14 people.
As an integral member of the Executive team, you will provide professional financial leadership, assurance and business advice to the Board. Working in partnership with colleagues and inspiring confidence in stakeholders, you will ensure Ergonomic Solutions meets all its performance targets, maintaining the highest possible standards of corporate governance and probity.
Confident in developing partnerships and operating across organisational boundaries, you will need the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve delivery of results through collaboration, co-operation and communication.

You will be a fully qualified finance professional, who is driven and well organised, with a proven track record in delivering high quality financial and management accounting services. You will have a confident manner in delivering both oral and written presentations and a commitment to achieving results. Candidates from all sectors are welcomed, but international business experience is essential. It is regarded as advantageous if you have worked within a manufacturing organisation and have experience of business in the US.
You will be based in Epsom in Surrey and are expected to live or take up residence in sensible commuting distance from here. Regular overseas travel must be expected in this position.
