For the Norwegian market, we are now looking for a Sales Representative.

International business – Technical system sales – Growth industry  

Will you build long term valued relationships with key stakeholders in order to meet revenue growth and profitability targets? This is the key responsibility of the new Sales Representative in Norway. Furthermore, you will be managing the sales of Armacell’s core products to existing and new customers in Norway.

You will be responsible for attracting new customers, sales support and technical support. You will identify business opportunities and proactively sell value-added services / products to Insulation Distributors, Contractors, Specifiers, Architects etc. You must regularly report and record visits through the CRM system, which includes daily administration e.g. customer information, customer visits, project tracking and meetings etc. As Sales Representative in Norway you are reporting to the Sales Manager Nordics in Sweden

To succeed in this position, you are expected to have relevant experience from the HVAC/ Plumbing industry and knowledge of building services / plumbing and heating products. Your educational background is technical at bachelor level or equivalent. The right candidate has great IT skills and is fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken. It will be an advantage if you can communicate in German on a social level.

Your approach to the business is pragmatic with the ability to make things happen. You have high focus on compliance and respect registration in the CRM system according to company guidelines. You have a commercial mindset and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are detail-oriented, structured and have excellent organisational skills. You possess good communication and collaborative skills. You can create good relationships and further develop your network.

Preferable, you live in the Oslo area, which is the region of the main sales activities. You will be working from a home office, but you are expected to travel to visit customers. Therefore, a company car is included in the package.
