To support the UK Salesforce and Customers we are now looking for a Sales Supporter.

As Sales Supporter, you will report to the UK Sales Director and will be an important support to the dedicated salesforce that operates all over the UK. You will have a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities, from supporting the salesforce, communicating with customers, ensuring products and training, overseeing installations to project management. Moreover, you will also be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, proposing solutions, and providing technical product information and support.

You will play an important role in representing Ergonomic Solutions at industry events and onsite visits to customers. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, providing products, pricing information, and additionally making sure that post-sales follow-through to customers is handled appropriately.

You have a relevant educational background. There are several approaches to the job - most importantly, you have significant experience with sales support and/or project management from a relevant industry; such as for example retail technology, major retailers, shop fitting or system integration. We expect you have the ability to interpret customer requirements and propose solutions, the ability to use the tools and equipment necessary for installations and product testing, the ability to interpret technical drawings. Moreover, we expect you to be IT literate, and able to use MS Office and CRM systems. You are fluent in English both orally and written.

You are an outgoing, responsible team player, with a hands-on approach to solving problems. You work proactively, see possibilities rather than obstacles, work well under pressure and have a strong desire to succeed. You are an effective communicator, with strong customer service orientation and the ability to develop and maintain relationships, which helps you in your job with both customers and the salesforce. Besides this, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

Ergonomic Solutions is now offering you the opportunity to join an international organization where you can make a difference, whilst developing your personal capabilities. You will be based in Epsom, London and is expected to live in sensible commuting distance from here. Travelling at up approximately 10-20 days a year must be expected.
