Our business in the US is rapidly developing and we look forward to welcoming an Atlanta based Junior Sales Support.

You will report to the US Sales Leader. You will be an important support to the dedicated salesforce that operates all over the US. You will have a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities, from supporting the salesforce, speaking to customers, ensuring products and training, overseeing installations to project management. The Junior Sales Support person is also responsible for evaluating customer requirements, proposing solutions, and providing technical product information and support.

Your primary day-to-day responsibility will include:

- To develop and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge regarding the company's products and services

- To assist the sales team in winning business from existing and new customers

- To identify and evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions

- To maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction

- To provide support to all Sales, Sales Manager, and customers as needed

- To comply with all Company Policies, including those pertaining to Health & Safety and Quality

- Helping customers understand how to install our products

To continually develop an understanding of company culture, policies and areas of business, and reflect ES values in everyday performance and behavior

You will play an important role representing our product at industry events and onsite visits to our customers. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, providing product, pricing information, and additionally making sure post-sales follow-through to our customers is handled appropriately.

You will take responsibility and ownership of the tasks in a build-up scenario. You have a strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships. You have the ability to ask the right questions to understand true business needs.  You have a hands-on approach to solving problems; you see possibilities rather than obstacles, work well under pressure and have a strong desire to succeed.

Key tasks will include:

- Attend meetings, take calls and emails, to identify customer requirements

- Document customer solutions and define Bill of Materials, maintain version control of each document

 Collaborate with Technical Sales Support in Europe regarding new parts and configurations

 Order entry as needed

 Training of customer support and installation teams as needed

 Familiar with RMA procedure

 Provide support and information to technical inquiries and quality issues raised by customers, sales and sales administration

 Attend and participate in relevant trade shows and customer events as needed

- Maintenance and input of appropriate information for systems required for business processes on intranet and CRM-system

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with sales support and/or project management. Furthermore, the ideal candidate is highly effective at working with both customers and the salesforce. The ideal candidate has experience working in a similar role in a retail technology environment, a system integrator or with a major retailer. Through experience the ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities.

You will have a confident manner in delivering both oral and written presentations and a commitment to achieving results. Candidates from all sectors are highly welcomed, but experience with retail technology, retailers or system integration is preferred.

We expect you have the ability to interpret customer requirements and propose solutions, the ability to use the tools and equipment necessary for installations and product testing, the ability to interpret technical drawings. Furthermore, we expect you to be IT literate, and able to use MS Office and CRM systems. If you have knowledge of CAD this is an advantage.

You will be based in Atlanta, Georgia and expected to live or take up residence in sensible commuting distance from here. Extensive travel must be expected in this position, including to Europe.
