For the French Sales Office we are now searching for a Channel Sales Manager

As Channel Sales Manager at Ergonomic Solutions, you will report to Head of Sales France, and you will be responsible for building and expanding the IT Channel business. Your primary day-to-day responsibilities will include developing new potential partners by qualifying and tracking leads, researching and identifying key contacts, establishing business relationships, qualifying new accounts and making sales. You prepare detailed and accurate sales forecasts for each channel partner and set commitments and objectives with channel partners.  

We expect you have a proven record of accomplishment within managing a network of Distributors, and you will be able to build on this knowledge and these relationships. You are responsible for keeping up-to-date with technology, related to the solutions Ergonomic Solutions sell in and communicate it to the IT Channel. In connection with marketing, you design and implement programs to drive knowledge of Ergonomic Solutions and its products.  

You will get a central role in delivering the business in France, and you are therefore a qualified sales professional with excellent negotiation skills, who is driven and well organised. You will take responsibility and ownership of the tasks in a business development scenario, and you are able to interpret customer requirements and propose solutions. You have a hands-on approach to solving problems, work well under pressure and have a strong desire to succeed. You are independent, self-motivated and able to plan and manage you own activities. Furthermore, you show initiative and is an enthusiastic team player with a great drive. Experience with technology companies and channel sales is essential.

You have good IT skills and are familiar with MS Office and CRM-systems. You master French and English both orally and written.
